Founding GTM Engineer

We‘re looking for a Founding GTM Engineer who can bridge the gap between engineering, growth, sales, and operations.

This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a builder role.

• Design and build outbound growth systems from scratch
• Automate lead generation, enrichment, and prospecting workflows
• Develop AI-powered GTM processes using tools, APIs, and LLMs
• Build internal growth tools and dashboards
• Integrate CRM, marketing, sales, and analytics systems
• Run experiments across outbound, inbound, and product-led growth channels
