Founding Recruiter

Our client is seeking a Founding Recruiter to build and own their hiring function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team to attract, evaluate, and close world-class talent. You will primarily focus ontechnical recruiting for engineering and product teams, while also supporting hiring across go-to-market and operations as the company scales. What will you be doing? Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple functions (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers). Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview strategies. Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive outreach, networking, partnering with external agencies, and via LinkedIn Recruiter.
