Franchise Technical Support Specialist

The Collision Support Specialist will report to the Regional Performance Director and be responsible for providing troubleshooting support and training to franchisees. Your role involves vehicle inspections, customer documentation in the Franchise Management System, and coaching franchisees on sadestimation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct vehicle reinspections and quality checks
• Mentor franchisees on estimating systems and practices

Requirements:
