Skills And Qualifications

• Fraud profile
• 4-year college graduate, any course
• With at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• QA experience is not required project will upskill internally
• With at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Amenable to work full onsite at Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
• Open for applicants currently in the Philippines with the right to live and work in the country

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls to provide customer service support to policy holders, agents, 3rd party callers, and new customers
