Roles and Responsibilities

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
• Should have at least 2-3 full cycle implementation projects with Oracle Fusion Cloud in Oracle Financial modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self Service, ORC, Oracle Fusion Talent Management, OTL and Learning. Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Modules to meet client requirements and document application set-ups •Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality

• Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects

• Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion, and build extensions for them

• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
