Freight & Distribution Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced **Freight & Distribution Manager** working within our medical division based in our **Macquarie Park** office. The role of the Freight & Distribution Manager is to coordinate with the sales team and 3rd party service providers to ensure the efficient flow of products to customers in a timely manner.

This role will also lead and develop a team to drive and improve business outcomes for the medical device distribution space. **Responsibilities Include:** + Manage overall logistics and warehouse operations to ensure effective and efficient flow of products and distributions activities + Act as primary interface between field customers and other key internal stake holders + Supervise and develop Freight & Distribution Specialist + Act as supplier owner from vendor selection, evaluation, performance monitoring and cost analysis & control including customs agent, 3PL, transportation + Monitor 3PL Service level and in co...
