Responsibilities:


  • Monitor, coordinate, and manage import and export seafreight shipments from booking to delivery/completion.

  • Arrange bookings with carriers, co-loaders, and coordinate with DSV origin/destination offices and agents.

  • Ensure timely dispatch of shipment documents, pre-alerts, and operational updates.

  • Receive, verify, and send documents to customers and brokers as required.

  • Open, manage, and finalize job files in accordance with SOPs and operational timelines.

  • Secure cost acceptance from overseas agents/vendors and ensure timely and accurate billing to clients.

  • Execute House Bill of Lading (HBL) in CW1 upon receipt of complete documents (export).

  • Prepare and submit manifests electronically to the Bureau of Customs or master consolidator (import).
