**Summary**

It is the responsibility of the Freight Ops Coordinator to perform administrative and project coordination work for the freight operations team. Supports the Assistant Director, Director and/or the VP of Freight Operations in the development, reinforcement, and alignment of branch freight operations with the overall goals and strategy. Documents progress, track submitted audit results, and files reports to maximize operational efficiencies and execution. Assists the Lead FO Travelers with resources necessary to reduce events. Schedules and plans travel and per diem for travelers. Communicates with directors and managers and handles day-to-day administrative duties required and as assigned.
