Freight Payable Analyst (Sherbrooke)

The Freight Payable Analyst is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of freight invoice validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution. This role supports transportation operations tied to a high‑value budget and requires the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, accuracy, and accountability. Key Responsibilities

Freight Invoice Validation & Processing

– Validate and process weekly freight payment files as part of the accounting department's customized process. Analyze pay runs to ensure audit accuracy and escale issues to the 3rd‑party auditor. Assign GL accounts to specific freight payment transactions. Reconciliation & Financial Control

– Manage carrier statements and ensure alignment between operational data and financial reporting. Support the freight accrual process and contribute to month‑end close activities.
