French Tester

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a QA Tester to join the QA team at a large financial institution in Downtown Toronto. This tester will be involved with IVR and will be assigned test cases to perform both manual and automated test cases. Responsibilities include test case execution, regression testing, BAT testing, UX testing, and defect identification and reporting. They will be working on a larger contact centre transformation initiative.
