Scope of role
With a limited number of suites and a highly personalized guest experience, the successful candidate will play a key role in creating memorable first and last impressions, ensuring seamless guest journeys from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and reservations, ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail.
Provide information about the property, island attractions, and available services.
Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information through the Property Management System.
