Key Responsibility's:

  • Technology support to Equities trading division with knowledge of FIX protocol.

  • Troubleshooting process failures in Linux Environment, job conflicts and Job scheduling.

  • Cloud infrastructure management.

  • Handling start of day / End of Day production support.

  • Functional Support to Order Management system.

  • Basic Automation using scripting or code debugging.

  • Client Report Generation & Customization using SQL and DB translation scripts.

  • Manage CI/CD pipelines (build, deploy, release).

  • Documentation of procedures, deployment steps, runbooks, and incident resolutions.

  • Manage incident lifecycle — detection, logging, impact assessment, communication, and closure.
