This individual will focus on designing reusable, high-performance, and visually consistent user interfaces and components for internal-facing solutions, often integrating with

Design and implement a reusable component library and technical standards for modern web applications.
Define and govern the front-end technology stack and integration patterns with backend services.
Ensure scalability and performance readiness for all web frontend solutions.
Contribute to 
rapid prototyping and development for quick-win projects (2-4 weeks), supporting approaches like vibe coding.
