Mindera is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing frontend team specializing in React, Next.js, and TypeScript. The role involves providing technical leadership, establishing modern development practices, and overseeing the planning and delivery of scalable web applications. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in building high-performance applications and a strong understanding of frontend architectures. This is an initial 6-month contract, onsite in Paddington, London, for 3 days per week.
