FSS Associate II

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Senior Associate** to join our **team** , focusing on **Order to Cash** **(OTC)** operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, hands-on experience in month-end closing and general ledger activities, and a solid understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, business teams, and external auditors to support audits, statutory reporting, and finance-related initiatives.

+ Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to strengthen controls, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence.
