About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to support and evolve a live Hiring Events platform operating in a high-production, real-time environment. You will troubleshoot and resolve production issues across backend systems built on Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka, while maintaining frontend experiences in React and collaborating closely with Client Support and GTM teams. The role requires strong ownership, fast ramp-up, and comfort managing deployments and production releases independently.
