About the Role

Our client is a fast‑growing marketing agency serving over 150 home service businesses. They specialize in performance‑driven campaigns and are heavily investing in AI and automation to improve lead generation, tracking accuracy, and operational efficiency.

They are looking for a hands‑on Full Stack Engineer with proven experience in marketing/ad tech environments to build and scale internal systems that directly support campaign performance and revenue operations.

This is a builder role , not a strategy‑only position.

You will develop internal tools, integrate AI into marketing workflows, and improve how the agency operates across ad platforms, tracking systems, and CRM‑driven pipelines .
