Imagine building a startup inside Factorial. This is not a traditional software engineering role where you simply clear Jira backlogs. We operate like a fast-paced, autonomous startup, with products used by hundreds of demanding daily active users to hit revenue targets. Our mandate is to identify internal frictions, conceptualize innovative solutions, and build end-to-end products from scratch. You will participate in product discovery and build ecosystems that drive real business value for Factorial's Account Management and Customer Support teams.
