FULLY BILLINGUAL SUPERVISOR

Sunbay Marina is looking for a FULLY BILLINGUAL SUPERVISOR, skilled in following procedures and ensuring results; while leading staff to provide excellent customer service. The full-time Supervisor position normally works on weekends and holidays. In addition, the Supervisor will be available for storms and emergencies. The job requires strength, endurance and agility to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying heavy objects, bending and squatting. Exposure to all types of weather. Responsibilities: • Assist Dockmaster in leading day to day Marina operations. • Resolve or directing issues to ensure proper solutions. • Being the first to arrive and the last to leave the office. • Provide information about facilities, rules and available services. • Answer questions about contracts requirements. • Fill forms, process payments and prepare reports as needed. • Achieve goals efficiently.
