Function Manager

An engineering company specializing in major transport and energy infrastructure projects, based in Johannesburg, is on the lookout for a Function Manager to join their team.

Key Requirements

• BEng degree/higher degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the planning & Traffic engineering discipline
• Sound knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA)
• Ability to successfully undertake and deliver client’s TOR
• Knowledge of industry trends and advances
• Able to drive technical input to bids and provide clear USPs in a technological field

Key Responsibilities

• Control of budget parameters
• Staff utilization (Resource Profitability)
• Maintain and expand key client base
• Project profitability
• Achieving budget, overhead, and contribution
• Project delivery to meet client’s Terms of Reference (TOR)
