    The Function Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all operational aspects of events across multiple outlets. This role ensures seamless event delivery, efficient logistical management, strong vendor relationships, and consistent service quality.


    Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day event operations across all outlets.
  • Lead pre-event planning, including staffing, equipment setup, and logistical requirements.
  • Ensure all operational procedures are followed, including communication of large or multi-outlet orders.
  • Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health & safety, hygiene standards, and alcohol licensing regulations across event operations.
