Role: Business Functional Analyst

Experience required: 2 to 4 years

Location:- Mumbai

Must Have Skills:-

• 2 to 6 Years of experience using ERP
• Ability to Understanding client's business processes and mapping them with ERP functionality
• Documenting client requirements and coordinating with different internal groups for resolution and Root Cause Analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Handling client queries, tickets and change requests. Understand the issue and take appropriate action – analyzing tickets and provide functional solution or discuss and assign it to solution team.
• Experienced in requirement gathering & estimation. <...
