FutureShaper is TeamSystem's Graduate Program: a 20-month journey with 3 job rotations designed for people who want to grow fast through real responsibility — not observation. We serve over 3 million clients and process one third of all invoices issued across the Italian economy. The technology we build isn't niche — it's national infrastructure.
From day one, you'll work on real challenges, manage priorities in fast-shifting contexts, present ideas to senior stakeholders, and make decisions with visibility across the organization. No one will walk you through every step.
The Program
The 3 rotations are built around a combination of business needs, individual strengths, and development potential. Depending on your path, you may work across areas such as: Strategic Development & M&A, HR & Finance, Digital Finance & Payments, R&D and Technology, IT & Cloud, Product Marketing, Delivery Governance, PMO...
