Game Design Director

Position Overview

As the Design Director for Monster Legends, you will report directly to the GM and join a team that is committed to delivering great player experiences that turn into a growing business. Your mission will be to lead the design department (Systems, Level, UI/UX) and cooperate with your close product/engineering, art, and production peers to define long‑term game goals, draft a strategy, and follow up the execution.

• Product Strategy: Cooperate to define the game’s vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Game Execution: raise standards and lead by example.
• Management: Unify and lead the design department (UI/UX, Level Design, Game Design). Set clear goals & KPIs, follow up results, and remove roadblocks.
