About the Role

The Game Producer owns the feature and engine side of our localized titles. Where our concept and art functions shape the story and look, the Producer is accountable for what makes the game play well and earn well: feature design that fits the engine, gameplay that drives retention and average spins per session, and the math-aware judgment to know when a mechanic will lift performance versus when it will quietly truncate it.
