Role Description

About the Role
 :You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of gas and heating service delivery, ensuring compliance with legislation, contractual obligations and Mears operating standards.
Management of operational and commercial delivery in line with contract requirements, budgets and cash flow
Ensure full compliance with gas safety, health and safety legislation, company policies and industry best practice
Manage direct labour and supply chain resources to improve productivity and deliver cost efficiencies
Oversee programmed servicing programmes, ensuring all checks are completed within agreed timescales
Ensure accurate evidence is captured to demonstrate compliance with gas safety requirements
Promote a strong customer focused culture aligned to the Mears Red Thread
