About The Role Quantum Light is seeking an exceptional General Counsel to serve as the company's top legal authority and architect of our global investment platform. Reporting directly to the fund’s CEO, you will continue building and leading a best-in-class legal function. As a key member of the executive team, you will contribute to define and execute Quantum Light’s long-term business strategy, identifying and mitigating future legal risks associated with global expansion and new product launches.

• Draft and refine the template Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), Advisory Agreements and other offering documents used within the Quantum Light platform.
• Provide strategic legal advice on fund formation, offering mechanics, and managing complex investor side letter negotiations to ensure consistency and mitigate risks related to preferential treatment.
