General Laborer

**Job Title: General Laborer / Utility Worker**
**Job Description**
This role supports a busy manufacturing facility in eastern Indianapolis by performing a variety of general labor and industrial cleaning tasks on 1st shift. You help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production environment by cleaning production areas, handling materials, and supporting daily operations in both indoor and outdoor areas.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to complete a variety of cleaning and general labor tasks that keep the production area safe and orderly.
+ Use brooms, air compressors, and other cleaning tools to remove dust, flour, and debris from production areas and equipment.
+ Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift, including sweeping, blowing down equipment, and cleaning around machinery.
+ Adhere to all safety procedures, environmental compliance standards, and food quality requirements at all times.
