ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Founded in 1985, Our client, Pacific Radiator Manufacturing Limited (the “Company”), specializes in the manufacturing of replacement copper‑brass radiator cores and tanks for use in industrial equipment and vehicles. With over 55 employees, the Company’s primary manufacturing facility is in Langley, BC and it operates a second manufacturing facility in Edmonton, AB. In 2024, our client, was acquired by Petwin Bancorp Inc (“Petwin”), a family office with private equity and real estate investments across North America.

THE ROLE
