Strategy & Commercial Leadership

Define and execute the eCommerce / D2C growth strategy for the Philippine market
Own P&L, revenue growth, margin performance, and customer lifetime value
Identify new market opportunities, product categories, and routes to market
Develop pricing, promotion, and go‑to‑market strategies aligned with brand positioning


Channel & Platform Ownership

Lead performance across owned platforms (Shopify / custom sites) and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, 
Oversee CRM, data, analytics, and personalization strategies
Optimize funnel performance: traffic, conversion, retention, and repeat purchase


Marketing & Customer Growth

Partner closely with Marketing to drive paid media, social commerce, influencer, and content strategies
Own customer acquisition and retention metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS...
