An established Asia Pacific property owner and developer is seeking an experienced operational leader to oversee its commercial property and hotel assets in Port Moresby.

With a long-standing presence in Papua New Guinea and a portfolio of commercial properties and hotel developments, this business requires a capable, hands-on General Manager to lead day-to-day property operations, building maintenance and capital works delivery.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take full responsibility for the operational performance of the property portfolio while overseeing new development and refurbishment projects.

This is a practical leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the detail while managing scale.
