Lead Yokos into its next phase of profitable, reliable, and compliant growth. We’re looking for a sharp, capable General Manager to own the P&L and drive performance across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, retail, e-commerce, and our flagship V&A Waterfront concept bar.

Responsibilities

• Lead with clarity, accountability, and heart.
• Build strong teams and scalable systems.
• Ensure our brand promise – conscious, plant-based, unsweetened, additive-free – is delivered from factory to shelf to spoon.
• Own relationships with national retailers and drive growth across all channels.
• Ensure food safety, product quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years in FMCG food manufacturing (chilled preferred)
