Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and direction for the business, ensuring cost targets are met

Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and environmental standards

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans

Lead, coach, and develop management and supervisory teams across the business; foster a strong performance and accountability culture

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and process optimization
