Job title: General Practitioner
Location: Northumberland Avenue Surgery
Salary: Up to £112,500 FTE depending on experience
Hours: 7 sessions per week (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery.
• Work closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the delivery of the surgery’s operational plan.
• Participate in clinical governance activities, contributing to improvement of quality and outcomes through audit, QOF, and other quality frameworks (e.g., QOF, LCS, DES, CQUIN, CQC).
• Provide clinical care as outlined in the job plan, including in‑person and video consultation sessions, telephone triage, patient correspondence, results, medication reviews, prescription signing, safeguarding, medicals, reports, home visits, meeting attendance and on‑call duties (excluding out‑of‑hours).
