Role Description

Okanagan Division
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong leadership skills to lead our high-performance sales team in the Okanagan. This position oversees our 2 markets located in Kelowna and Vernon and will be based in the central Okanagan. This role goes beyond driving revenue—it’s about mentoring a team, building lasting client relationships, and positioning Pattison Media as the leading partner to serve our local radio and digital clients in a highly competitive, multi-market, multi-product division.
This position reports to the Director of Non-Metro Sales.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed performance goals. 
Maximize advertising revenue on radio and digital platforms, while managing key accounts and long-term relationships.
Establish local sales budgets in conjunction with Director of Sales, Non-Metro markets and General Manager.
