Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Integration & Automation Engineer with experience in API integrations, workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable integrations across platforms, along with exposure to Gen AI, SharePoint, and AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain API integrations and automation workflows across systems
Build and optimize workflow-based automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
Integrate applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools
Work with ticketing/operations systems to manage incidents, requests, and escalations
