**Job Description:**

CDM Smith is looking for an entry-level geologist to join our Environmental Services Team in Latham!

Under direct supervision, performs basic complexity geologic/ seismic evaluations/fault rupture hazard and slope stability investigations/ hydrogeologic analysis (aquifer test analysis; geochemical analysis; geotechnical analysis; contaminant transport analysis etc.) in both surface and subsurface geologic conditions pertaining to water supply, contaminant and/or geotechnical assessments. Activities may include well geologic logging, water sampling, surface geological mapping, aquifer testing and/or soils characterization and data compilation and evaluation.
