Geotechnical Engineer 3

As a member of this team you would contribute to CDMS’s mission. The successful candidate will:

Under general supervision, creates excavation, dewatering, shallow/deep foundations, dams/reservoirs/levees, geo-environmental projects, etc. engineering designs of basic to moderate complexity to meet client project requirements. Reviews draft designs for compliance with US Federal, state and local regulations. Ensures that firm policies and practices are followed on all designs.
Performs site reviews and studies, as needed, to ensure designs are aligned with location specifications. Updates design requirements as necessary. Performs soil sampling analyses and modeling.
Expert Knowledge of Microsoft business software (excel, word, etc.)
Good written and verbal communications skills.
