Geotechnical Engineer

Job Overview We are currently seeking an Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer to join AtkinsRéalis' Geotechnical team in Calgary, AB. The role involves supporting a variety of projects across Alberta and potentially other parts of Canada. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a strong understanding of soil mechanics, proven detailed design experience, excellent project execution and delivery skills, and a desire to further refine their technical skillset.

Your Role

Undertake geotechnical assessments, complex analysis, design calculations and detailed designs with efficient use of specialized software such as GeoStudio, Rocscience and PLAXIS.

Contribute to the development of project proposals/cost estimates and participate in the process of securing new business opportunities or expanding the scope of existing projects.
