Geotechnical Engineer

The Opportunity

WSP has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer to join our Ground Engineering team in Winnipeg. You will assist or lead geotechnical engineering projects throughout Manitoba and the prairies, working in foundations, infrastructure, transportation, slope assessment, stabilization, and mining applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all types of geotechnical and geo‑environmental projects, including organizing field investigations, interpreting results, making engineering decisions, and writing technical reports.
• Work on or manage projects of various sizes, providing technical input, mentorship, and support to junior staff, and performing analysis and modeling of geotechnical designs.
