Geotechnical Lead

Job Description AECOM Canada ULC is actively seeking a Geotechnical Lead who will develop and lead a group of geotechnical engineers and technicians/technologists in Saskatoon, SK.

Responsibilities

Work with diverse teams of engineers, designers, and drafters from conceptual design through preliminary and final design.

Hire, mentor, and train technicians/technologists and junior geotechnical engineers.

Manage people and projects and be responsible for completion on schedule and financial performance.

Resolve complex geotechnical issues.

Write, compile, and review geotechnical reports and proposals for major projects.

Prepare and present technical papers and contribute to the advancement of earth science in our area of technical specialization.

Maintain quality throughout a project and implement improvements when necessary.

Prepare project summary reports.
