German speaking L1.5 Support Analyst

Location: Budapest, Hungary The L1.5 IT Support Analyst will provide IT support for customers in German and English language. The issues reported by the customers will be both technical as well as functional, which will require an exceptionally good knowledge of the IT environment and applications.
