German-speaking Proposal Support

Our leading partner company is looking for candidates for the German-speaking Proposal Support position in Budapest with hybrid work arrangements.
Responsibilities:
Support pricing activities, support the proposal process
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams
to propose the best solution for the partner
Take part in administrative tasks and keep contact with the client
Manage commercial and pre-sales activities
Requirements:
Fluent German and English language skills
High school degree, university degree is an advantage
1-2 years’ experience in pre-sales, proposal management or administrative role
Openness to learn about IT, experience in IT sector is an advantage
Confident Excel knowledge, proactivity, excellent communication and problem-solving skills
