GL Accountant

Our client is a US-based community association management company that handles the day-to-day operations and finances of homeowner-association (HOA) communities. As a Staff Accountant, you own the financial operations for a portfolio of those communities. You are the person who keeps each community's books accurate and on schedule, produces the financial packages boards rely on, and acts as a steady, professional point of contact for community managers and board members.

This is a high-volume, multi-entity role. You will carry several communities at once, each with its own month-end close, bank reconciliations, budget, and reporting calendar.
