GL & Finance Manager

Responsible for the daily accounting operations, financial/management reporting, and timely group closing and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• General Accounting and Process
• Supervision of Cost Control
• Handling External Audit
• Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Closing
• Timely and reliable submission of Financial Reports
• BS Reconciliation with Group reporting
• Overhead Reports and Comparison including those for reforecast & budgets
• Ensure monthly closure of the Pilot XS (MCR) for projects
• Cash Management and Cash Forecast
• Monitoring and maintaining healthy cash position of the business
• Management of Underbilling
• Oversee invoicing and collection and Forecasting
• Remedial action for problematic accounts receivables
