Role Description
Job Purpose:
The position requires data analytical skills & understanding of business data including usage, renewal, trend, customer insight. Basic requirement from this position is to keep accountability of data and creating business dashboard accross all business for Datech Solutions. Understanding of all programs launched by business unit and the required renewal and expansion goal.
Responsibilities:
Analyze customer data from portal.
Data crunching & analysis (key areas with which we can make biz more profitable).
Keeping tab on day-to-day data and work on any API integration.
Create and maintain business insight dashboards to Bu team & Finance team.
Implement AI in context of smart data analytics for optimum Business Outcome - Adoption, Expansion, Renewal and as required.
L1 APAC support for Portal.
