Global EHS Manager

The Global EHS Manager (based in Cavite, Philippines) plays a key leadership role in shaping Analog Devices’ global sustainability and EHS strategy, driving enterprise-wide metrics governance and accounting, ESG reporting aligned with global standards, and operational excellence across manufacturing and non-manufacturing sites.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in EHS, sustainability, or related functions in a global environment
• Background in semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industries
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, CDP, GHG Protocol)
• Familiarity with EHS/ESG data systems, reporting, and automation
• Working knowledge of AI deployment and utilization
• Knowledge of global regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, NIOSH) and ISO frameworks (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)
