This is a strategic role within our People+ division, working at the intersection of HR, IT, and innovation. Your mission:You will drive the global design, performance, and future development of our recruiting platform. You will work closely with international stakeholders and actively shape how we attract talent worldwide. Your key responsibilities include:
Acting as Global System Owner for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
Managing, optimizing, and continuously developing the SuccessFactors Recruiting module
Partnering closely with IT teams and HR stakeholders across global subsidiaries
Planning and leading system upgrades, releases, testing cycles, and rollouts
