Global HR Operations Manager

As the Global HR Operations Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of a unified HR operations strategy across multiple regions, including APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Reporting to the VP of People & Culture (APAC), you will oversee a team of People & Culture Specialists and drive high-quality, compliant, and efficient HR service delivery through a modern operating model and best-in-class systems.

This role combines strategic thinking with operational execution. You will lead global HRIS implementation, standardize and scale HR processes, and foster excellence in employee lifecycle support—while driving data-informed decisions and aligning with local regulations and business growth goals.
