Global L&D Coordinator, HRIS & Dayforce Enablement

TecAlliance is looking for a candidate to coordinate Learning and Development processes, maintaining the Dayforce system and ensuring accurate data management.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Dayforce, and a background in Learning & Development or Psychology. Fluency in English is essential, while additional languages like German or Spanish are advantageous.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Spain and cannot work remotely from other countries.
